NORTH CAROLINA DOT WORKER HIT BY CAR IN HUNTERSVILLE

HUNTERSVILLE, NC (WBTV) -
A worker for the North Carolina Department of
Transportation was hit by a car in a construction zone in Huntersville
on Wednesday night, officials say.The accident happened on Interstate 77 at Sam Furr Road around 11:30 p.m.
Officials say the worker is in serious condition but is expected to be OK.
Police have not said if anyone will be charged in the accident.
