ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Kentucky State Police say a semi truck crash caused a traffic backup on Tuesday morning.

They tell WKYT that two semis crashed into each other near Renfro Valley on Interstate 75. One semi hit the back of the other. The impact of the crashed severed the cab of one truck, making a mess on the roadway.

They set up a detour to avoid the wreck.
Crews rerouted drivers off of Exit 62 in Renfro Valley and onto U.S. 25. Drivers can get back on Interstate 75 in Berea at exit 76.
